9. Accuracy of Information Provided by a Purchaser.
It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that all the correct details are entered into Company Internet forms and submitted or given to the Company’s representative at the time of purchase. If as a result of the Purchaser providing incorrect postal information when ordering products, Auto Republic Ltd. takes no resposibility for the loss of such orders or consequential financial loss on the part of the Purchaser. If as a result of the Purchaser providing order details (e.g. description, quantity) that does not pertain to the Purchaser’s intended order, Auto Republic takes no responsibility for any consequential disatisfaction or financial loss on the part of the purchaser.
10. Inability to Fulfill Purchase Agreement
Auto Republic Ltd reserves to right to cancel any purchase made on this site in the event where Auto Republic Ltd. determines it is unable to fulfill the purchase. In the event of this happening Auto Republic Ltd. will provide a full refund to the Purchaser.
11. Delivery

12. Returns
Auto Republic Ltd. will give a prompt replacement of any product in the event of the return being as a result of either an error made by us or from a damaged or defective item. The Purchaser must return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by Auto Republic within 10 working days of delivery to you. The Purchaser will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
13. Miscellaneous
Auto Republic Ltd. reserves the right to vary and amend the contents of the Site (or any part of it) at its discretion and without notice and excludes any resulting liability.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Ireland. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Auto Republic Ltd. and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ireland. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Auto Republic Ltd.’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
